Five Question Friday

My Little Life

MaMa M at Five Crooked Halos is sponsoring a Five Question Friday blog hop and I thought it would be fun to join in.  I love a good question/answer blog post.  Maybe this will be a good one.  Anyway, here goes:

1. What is the one thing that you reach for the most in a day (excluding phones and computers)?

During the course of the day, I find myself spending a lot of time making notes and jotting down “important” information that I will need later.  So I probably reach for a pen most during the day.  I should reach for the laundry detergent more so that the Mt. Washmore will not be so tall, but I digress….

2. What is the farthest you have been from home?

The farthest I have ever been from home is a trip I took with my family when I was 15.  We loaded up in the station wagon and travelled to visit family in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  We live in Alabama so this was quite a trip.  There were 7 of us including 3 adults and 4 children.  I have wonderful memories of all the fun we had!

3. What kind of cell phone do you have? Love it or hate it?

Blackberry Pearl.  Love it!  It has access to all my email, digital to do lists, and internet at the touch of a button.  I would like to have a touch screen, but maybe next time!

4. Coke or Pepsi?

Dt. Mt. Dew is my all time favorite.  I think that I might have an addiction.

5. If you could go back and change anything about your wedding day, what would it be and why?

My nerves.  I was scared to death of getting married and beginning my life as an adult.  Looking back, it was one of the best things I ever did!

If you would like to participate in 5 Question Friday, visit Five Croooked Halos and copy/paste the questions to your blog.  Looking forward to reading everyone’s answers!

  1. I traveled to Toronto from Atlanta and yes that was a trip. I was in 9th grade and our marching band was asked to participate in a competition at Canada's Wonderland Park. So much fun!
    I enjoyed reading your five!
